Shipping Policy

NOWIX SHIPPING POLICY

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select Indian pin codes.

  • A ₹50 shipping charge is applicable for all COD orders.

ORDER DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • All orders are shipped from our Nowix warehouse in Mumbai via our courier partners.

  • Please allow 5 to 14 business days for domestic delivery from the date of order processing.

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • All goods must be signed for upon delivery.

  • If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please ensure someone else (a family member, colleague, or neighbor) can accept it on your behalf.

  • Nowix is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternate person at the delivery address.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • All claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service on the same day of delivery at support@nowix.in.

  • Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on:

    • Product type

    • Size and volume

    • Packaging

    • Delivery location

  • The applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout, and customers will be informed before completing payment
