Return & Replacement Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY – NOWIX
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. However, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled only at the time of verification when we contact you via call or message.
If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please email us at support@nowix.in within 12 hours of placing your order or before it has been shipped — whichever comes first.
Please note: No changes can be made once the order is shipped.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Products purchased from Nowix are eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:

The product received is physically damaged, defective, or different from its description on the product page.

A return/replacement request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
1.1 Damage Confirmation
The product must have been damaged during transit or delivery.
1.2 Original Condition
The product must be returned in its original condition with:

Brand/manufacturer’s box
-
Invoice
-
All included accessories
1.3 Request Procedure
You agree to send an email from your registered email ID to support@nowix.in including the Invoice Number and the following:
1.3.1 Proof of Damage

Clear images and video showing damaged product(s), leakage, or spillage (if any)

Images of both the mono-carton and outer packaging
-
Unboxing video clearly capturing the damage for verification purposes
1.3.2 Incorrect or Missing Items

Clear images and video of the full unboxing process in case of:

Missing items
-
Wrong product delivered
-
Product weight discrepancies
-
1.3.3 Review & Resolution Time

Allow up to 5 working days for our team to review your complaint and respond with a resolution.

Once validated, our team will notify you if your return/replacement is approved.
1.3.4 Return Instructions

Approved returns must be sent back in the same packaging and condition as received.

In cases of transit damage, we will replace the product free of charge, provided you submit valid photos/videos during unboxing.
1.3.5 Processing the Exchange

Once we receive the return, our warehouse team will conduct a quality and weight check.

If approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 48–72 hours.

You will receive new tracking details via email on your registered email ID.

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please conduct a patch test before full use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a medical professional immediately.
