Refund policy

NOWIX RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Nowix, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully:


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product has a physical defect

  • An incorrect item was shipped

To initiate a return:

  • You must email us at support@nowix.in within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The email must include a video of the unboxing clearly showing the issue (damage, incorrect item, etc.)


NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used

  • If the seal is broken

  • If the serial number has been tampered

  • If no unboxing video is provided


RETURN PROCESS

Once your return request is received, Nowix will inspect the returned item to validate the claim:

  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

  • If the product is found to be ineligible, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.


REFUND TIMELINE

  • For online payments (via debit/credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.), the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days from the date of approval.


DAMAGES

  • If your product has leakage, spillage, or breakage, we will replace it at no cost.

  • If the product has only minor physical damage such as a dent or scratch, we cannot process a return or refund.
